IS THERAPY DONE IN INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP SESSIONS?
Our center offers individualized therapy sessions (one-on-one) for each patient. Once evaluated, the therapist will develop a specific treatment plan to treat that patient's needs.
HOW CAN I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
You may contact our office via phone, email, fax, or the
"contact us" tab to request an appointment. Our administration team will provide you with the necessary information to proceed.
WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED TO BEGIN SERVICES WITH THE CENTER? (ST/OT)
For each patient, our office will need the following: prescription/referral for the therapy requested, copy of insurance card, and a completed intake form (located on the "forms" tab). Once these documents are received, our administration team will contact you to proceed. Please be mindful that authorization requirements as well as copayments vary per insurance plan. This must be verified prior to beginning services.

This must be verified prior to beginning services.
HOW MUCH DOES AN EVALUATION AND/OR THERAPY SESSION COST?
Pricing varies per insurance plan and will be verified prior to scheduling an evaluation and/or therapy. Our private pay option is available if our office isn't contracted with your insurance plan.
WHERE ARE THERAPY SESSIONS PERFORMED?
ST/OT: Therapy sessions are provided at our office, via telehealth, and a few daycare centers that our within our area.
ABA: Therapy sessions are provided at the patient's home, their school, and the community settings, such as parks or recreation centers.
HOW LONG IS A SPEECH OR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY EVALUATION?
Initial evaluations are performed within a 60-minute session. Re-evaluations vary form 30-60 minute sessions. Evaluation reports and treatment plans are active for 6 months (varies per insurance plan).
HOW LONG IS A SPEECH OR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SESSION? HOW OFTEN ARE SESSIONS GIVEN?
Therapy sessions vary per treatment plan and insurance approval. Our office provides 30-minute sessions, 45-minute sessions, and 60-minute sessions. After the initial evaluation, the therapist will provide their professional recommendation for the session frequency and duration.  Sessions are typically provided 2-3 times each week, depending on insurance approval.
